Mini-Z, Snow and other updates from the last months.

Snow is here. I hate it!
A  good thing is that the Mini-Z track are well heated and a nice place to be in these cold months.

The last weeks some drivers has been unable to drive Z's because of the winter, but now most people are adjusted, and things are picking up.

We are waiting for some exiting new products from our friends over at Reflex Racing.
The new disc damper setup are on its way, and a a new batch of the awesome lower towers are also soon to be re released. We are stocking up at the track!

Our new home track are soon to be opened. PigZ are beeing painted, and flooring is hopefully done this week.

In September three drivers from Mini-ZNorway attended the PNWC regional in Stockholm.
It was again an awesome event.
Lots of good drivers, friendly people and a very cool layout. The Swede's are coming up with some awesome tracks.
Finland, Norway and Sweden were the attending countries, and its so good to see the level are increasing. All countries are fighting for the top positions in all classes.

The Norwegians:

We had one "first timer" with us that really had an awesome time. Mr. Tommy. The racing did not as well, but all in all he had some great battles, lots of fun, and learned a lot. Some glitching problems took away his chances for good positions, but still he showed some good speed.
Tommy ended up in the b-final in GT-Mod where the glitching took the best of him. He ended up 7'th. We know he is fast, and he will for sure be fighting for podiums the next time.

Christopher had a lot of bind troubles, but managed a good b final in stock, and also for the first time qualified for a-main in GT-Mod. Respect! This is a great feat when we all know what level this racing has! He has great speed, and shows an amazing potential. He's starting to bee a very good set-up guy, and his cars are behaving good.

I also had glitching problems, but both cars worked fantasticly.
Qualified P2 in GT-Mod and P1 in Pan Car.
Final results ended in a win in GT-Mod and third in Pan Car. I had the shakes of a lifetime in the last  two laps during the GTMod final. It got so bad my transmitter rattled like a spraypaint can. According to the announcer, the gap down to next postion was great, so I drove well within the limits without pushing hard, and then suddenly I started to shake. Very funny for the ones watching:D

The Flying Finns have an amazing home track, and the level of driving is fantastic these days. These guys will be hard to beat in the future, so we have to keep practicing hard to be able to keep up. They did get the F1 win, and also the fastest lap of the weekend!
The Flying Finns

The Swedes are also as always extremely fast. Ola Westholm did a superb job in winning Stock without even attending on saturday. Showed up sunday, did one qualifyer, and won. Respect!
Dahlis are always fast, concistent and very comptitive. Pan master Johan Tellberg are fast as hell, and all the other guys are so fast and drives very nice and controlled. Almost every driver are capable of winning on the right day with the right car.

There were some transponder problems during the event. I had to change out two of my old trusted transponders due to missing laps luckily discovered during the qualifiers. Both of them were bad due to cracked solderings.
Other drivers had the same problems also, and Dahlis sadly discovered this in the finals. I feel bad for Dahlis for this, but we all know he'll be back with more wins.
